Do they provide information on when the tank? Straight out of the tank for 7 days, we will achieve nothing. Please read about cycling your tank (has already been said many times here on YA) - a lot of hard work can be saved in the long run.

You can not use the cycle a tank without fish if you biological filtration. There are some exceptions with reef systems. The answer is simple: a small amount of fish 1 to 2 days after the establishment of the tank. You can add more fish and sensitive after 3-week cycle.
